The third in a multi-course series, this next collaborative balance course focuses on coaching. The learner will understand the coaching cycle, explore a framework, and move through the individual phases of coaching for classroom observations. As in the other courses of this series, the content is presented through the lens of the five measures of collaboration – input, feedback, improvement, comfort, and value. This course includes an entire folder of downloadable resources for you to use.
The final course in this series moves beyond instruction of pursuing collaborative balance and takes the learner into direct implementation of the five measures. Learners receive a brief refresher but then work through scenarios to apply learning. The course includes an opportunity to identify specific areas at their school that need attention while also drafting initial plans to begin the improvement process.
